In 2017, there is simply no justification for animal testing. Well, there is one reason (that we find unconscionable): China.
China still requires imported cosmetic brands to do animal testing, and many major international brands have ceded to China's demands... but some have pulled out of China. We will not ship Mommy Makeup to China as long as they require animal testing.
Goes on nice and is easy on my skin.
The colors look amazing!
Love the ease of application & how it brightens & adds color to my face!
I bought Sexy-n-Sunny and I love it. It looks natural and fresh. I love that it's mineral, but it's pressed. I want to buy the other colors too.
I have avoided using products such as foundations and concealers for years, as I never liked the "obviously painted on" look that comes from these products. I felt they made my complexion look chalky, so I preferred to just highlight my eyes and lips and leave it at that. Well, not any more. I love the natural, sun-kissed look that a light dusting of this bronzer gives my skin. It is truly unobtrusive and just adds what I like to call a "suggestion of shimmer" on my complexion. The blush looks much darker in the compact, but is very light and subtle when applied on the cheekbones. In fact, the first few times, I kept thinking that I should use a lot more of the bronzer and the blush, as it wasn't "obvious" that I had used something! The irony of this thought hit me when I realized that I was actually reacting to how naturally the colors blended into my complexion, adding a subtle layer of shimmer and color, without ever seeming obvious. So, nowadays, I just use a light dusting of the bronzer and follow it up with the blush--all in 15 seconds, following Debra's technique from her video for this product--and that's it, I' m done! I have this in two colors and alternate them for use in the day (Sexy N' Sunny) and evening (Bronzed N' Beautiful). Thanks for such a great product, Debra! It is natural looking, easy to apply in no time, and highlights the beauty of a woman's complexion without covering it with paint...exactly what make up should do, IMO!
