How do I redeem my points?

Exchanging your points for valuable rewards couldn't be easier! From the Pretty Perks Rewards panel, simply click the 'Redeem Pretty Perks VIP Rewards' button to view and redeem your fabulous reward options.

How do I check my points balance?

Your up-to-date points balance is always displayed in the top of the Pretty Perks popup, as well as on your account page.

Does it cost anything to begin earning points?

Absolutely not! Sign up is 100% free, and it will never cost you anything to earn points. Make sure to visit the 'Earn Points' section to get started.

How long will it take for points to post to my account?

You should receive points in your account instantly once you complete a promotion or challenge.

Do my points expire?

Nope! Your Pretty Perks Points will never expire.

What happens to my points if I make a return?

Your Pretty Perks points will restore to your account if your return includes original payment with Pretty Perks. You can use your returned points again for a new promotion for your next order!

I'm very close to earning a reward. Can I buy extra points to get there?

We currently require you to have enough points to redeem a reward. There are many ways to earn points to "top off" your account!

Can I combine 2 or more reward redemptions on the same order?

Unfortunately, the system only permits one redemption per order.
