If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, within the first 30 days, we will offer an exchange, or refund (your choice).
Gift Certificates can not be refunded. However, purchases made by redeeming a Gift Certificate will have the same unconditional 30-day satisfaction guarantee - in the case of a return from a Gift Certificate purchase, we will issue store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card.
Shipping fees can not be refunded.
We try to process returns and exchanges as fast as possible. Once scanned in by USPS, returns may take 7-10 business days to get to us and process.
If there is damage to your shipment, please contact us immediately and we will expedite replacements. Please retain the original packing material and await instruction. We will replace your product(s) as required.
If you are returning products to us, we will send you a pre-paid mailing label w/ tracking. This USPS label is free for exchanges or store credit, or provided at our cost for refunds to original payment method. Mommy Makeup can not be responsible for lost shipments. We process returns as fast as possible. If your return or refund has not posted, please let us know and we will try to expedite the process!
PLEASE do not mail your return without the pre-paid mailing label. Returns to any other address will encounter processing delays and expense because we have to send the item(s) to our returns center.
Returns from outside USA will not receive a free pre-paid return label. Please return your items to us via your postal system to the address provided with the return authorization email. Mommy Makeup can not be responsible for lost shipments.
