If there is damage to your shipment, please contact us immediately and we will expedite replacements. Please retain the original packing material and await instruction. We will arrange pickup of the damaged item(s) and we will replace your product(s) as required.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, within the first 30 days, we will offer an exchange, or refund (your choice). Please contact us for an RMA authorization. Refunds will be given for the purchase price shown on your invoice for the products. Unfortunately, shipping costs can not be refunded. We will not accept returns without an RMA.
If you are returning products to us, we highly recommend that you send your return package via USPS w/ delivery confirmation (or other trackable method). Mommy Makeup can not be responsible for lost shipments.
Gift Certificates can not be refunded. However, purchases made by redeeming a Gift Certificate will have the same unconditional 30-day satisfaction guarantee - in the case of a return from a Gift Certificate purchase, we will issue store credit in the form of an electronic Gift Card.
